Video about the Course

Steven's workshops are in the area of asana and yoga therapy. Classes take place exclusively on the mat. We practice continuously throughout the workshop as we learn to apply the materials taught. We explore the specific alignment principles used in asana practice, learning to move the body safely and with refinement that allows our practice to advance. In the structurally-based yoga therapy workshops, we explore the same alignment principles as a system of hands on therapies and assists.
