First Yoga Class Free

• Choose from 4–5 yoga classes per day.
• Two 2-hour all-level classes are offered live from the Yoga Farm daily.
• Two 90-minute gentle classes are taught live from our LA Center daily—plus two additional weekend classes and a later evening class.
• Join from the comfort of your own home via Zoom. 
• You will receive a Zoom link for the class 1 to 2 hours before the start time via email.
• We will check the roster again 10 minutes before class and email the link to any last-minute signups.
• Please join the room 5 minutes ahead and have your mat, pillow, blanket already set up in your space at home. Please be prepared to turn on your video for a much better experience for both you and the instructor.
