Date & Time Details:
Arrival: Check-in time is 2:00pm. We encourage you to arrive by 4:00pm for the Asana class. Dinner is at 6:00pm and there will be a Welcoming Orientation at 7:00pm followed by Satsang at 8:00pm.

Departure: Check-out time is 12:00pm. You are welcome to stay in the ashram for the rest of the afternoon even after checking out of your room.

Easter Retreat: Wisdom Medicine East and West

Join us for this sacred weekend exploring Wisdom Medicine East and West to cultivate deep connection to our physical, mental, and spiritual health. Rejuvenate with daily Yoga classes and inspiring talks integrating eastern and western traditions to create balance and harmony within.

Easter is a time of renewal and affirmation of the universal wisdom within us. This special weekend of wisdom teachings will include experienced teachers integrating the classical Yoga teachings with Western approaches to physical, mental, and spiritual health. Practical techniques are offered on topics of Forgiveness, Gratitude, Humility, Meditation for Health. Connect to the natural beauty of the Ashram in the springtime to recharge and gain inspiration. There will be a Sunday morning Easter “egg” hunt for the kids.
