Online Yoga Asana Course: Regain Lost Flexibility & Increase Strength

with Mahadevika

April 19 - 23, 2021

This week we will focus on specific asanas and asana sequences within the Sivananda sequence to help the physical body become stronger and regain flexibility.  Each day will have a specific focus for the asanas to help the body become more attuned and supple.  It is said muscle length & strength go hand-in-hand, so as we become more flexible the body will also become stronger.

Monday – Focus on Sun Salutations & Alignment
Tuesday – Focus on Forward Bending Variations
Wednesday – Focus on Backbending Variations
Thursday – Focus on Inversions & Balancing
Friday – Meditative Class – focus on long holding for strength

Classes will be recorded so you can have access to the same class for your afternoon session.
