Online Positive Thinking Refresher Weekend

with Swami Hamsananda

Join us for this 3-day Online retreat as we !tune-up! our Tree of Positivity and New Year’s Resolutions. Check-in with your progress and develop new skills to adapt, adjust, accommodate your practice to unforeseen obstacles and challenges. This weekend is an opportunity to refresh and revisit Positive Thinkning techniques to bring peace of mind and clarity to the solid present and to re-assert our positive intentions for health, peace and happiness.

We cannot rewrite the past and it is not helpful to worry about the future, but we can live in the solid present and recognize this moment as golden opportunity. Workshops and lectures specifically on the power of thought, how to live in the present, and how to turn negative feelings and thoughts to positive feelings and positive actions, how to manage stress and respond positively to challenges. Yoga psychology and philosophy have a wealth of techniques and information that will help us to cope.

7:00 – 8:30pm – Workshop

Optional practices (Included)
6:00-7:15 am – Satsang: Meditation Practice, Kirtan and daily reading
8:00-10:00am – Yoga Class
4:00-6:00pm – Yoga Class
