During this Online Stress Relief and Relaxation Retreat you will learn to not only effectively reduce stress with Yoga practices, but how to achieve a deep sense of peace and well-being by integrating breath, body and mind. Learn and practice time-tested yogic practices proven to be highly effective and easy to learn regardless of your experience in Yoga.
As part of the program, you will receive a Yoga Health Education Assessment with the teacher that covers lifestyle and routines, health history, and your spiritual aspirations and receive Yoga practice recomendations to lead a healthy and balanced life.

Friday, December 17 @ 5-7 pm PST – Orientation
Saturday, December 18 – Sunday, December 19
6 – 7:30am PST – Satsang: Silent meditation, chanting and lecture
9:30 – 11:30am PST – Yoga Class: Emphasis on stress relief/relaxation
1 – 3pm PST – Stress Relief Workshop
Pre-requisite
There are no prerequisites other than a sincere desire to learn classical yoga.

Jennifer is a Sivananda-trained Yoga teacher, teaching Yoga for many years and is currently in training as a Sivananda Yoga Health Educator.
