Together Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga are powerful practices to integrate body and mind and lead us to deeper spiritual truths. This course includes daily asanas and pranayama with a focus on meditation and the mind. Raja Yoga is the Royal path to Self-knowledge systemized by Patanjali Maharishi in the Raja Yoga Sutras. Learn classical Yoga techniques and Yoga psychology to control the prana to improve your meditation practice, transform negative emotions to positive, and to develop a calm and focused mind.

8-10am Asana and Pranayama Class

11am Karma Yoga
1-3pm Workshop
