Prana, Pranayama, and Yuba River Weekend
with Swami Adi Parashaktiananda
September 21 - 24, 2023
Description
Learn the classical methods of Yoga for peace of mind and meditation, as taught 2000 years ago by Sage Patanjali in the famous Raja Yoga Sutras. During this weekend you will practice pranayama (yogic breathing exercises) to increase energy and understand the relationship between prana and state of mind.
