Arrival & Departure

Arrival: Check-in time is 2:00pm. We encourage you to arrive by 4:00pm for the Asana class. Dinner is at 6:00pm and there will be a Welcoming Orientation at 7:00pm followed by Satsang at 8:00pm.

Departure: Check-out time is 12:00pm. You are welcome to stay in the ashram for the rest of the afternoon even after checking out of your room.

Yoga Vacation Weekend

with Anandamayi Chaitanya

January 23 - 26, 2025

Description

This wonderfully balanced program integrates the 5 Points of Yoga in daily life. Furthermore, this daily program is in tune with the rhythms of Nature and of our body. Thus by adhering to the daily schedule we bring back our natural resource of energy, joy, and health. In addition, you can drop in or visit any length of time and experience the complete benefits of yoga life. Also, this renewed feeling about yourself and your newly learned yoga and meditation skills will improve you physical and mental health for a long time to come.

Program includes:

Classical yoga practice – twice a day
Delicious vegetarian meals – twice a day
Guided meditation and kirtan sessions (Satsang) – twice a day
Yoga Philosophy Workshop – once a day
Community selfless service to feel part of the ashram energy (Karma Yoga) – one hour a day
In addition, plenty of free time to relax, read, self study, contemplate and make new friends
Also, you are invited to:
Take a swim in our natural Vrindavan Pond or walk our Peace Miracle Labyrinth.
Read from our collection of yoga books in our library.
Last but not the least, you can visit our boutique and store which sells yoga books, CDs, snacks, yoga clothing, and yoga accessories.

6-7:30am Satsang: Silent meditation, chanting and lecture
8-10am Yoga Class
10am Brunch
11am Karma Yoga
1-2pm Workshop
3-4pm Free Time and Nature walks
4-6pm Open Yoga Class
6pm Dinner
7:30pm Satsang: meditation, chanting and lecture

Pre-requisite

There are no prerequisites other than a sincere desire to learn classical yoga.
