Yoga Asana Course: Regain Lost Flexibility & Increase Strength
January 17 - 22, 2021
This week we will have morning asana classes focus on specific asanas and asana sequences within the Sivananda sequence to help the physical body become stronger and regain flexibility. Each day will have a specific focus for the asanas to help the body become more attuned and supple. It is said muscle length & strength go hand-in-hand, so as we become more flexible the body will also become stronger.
Monday – Focus on Sun Salutations & Alignment
Tuesday – Focus on Forward Bending Variations
Wednesday – Focus on Backbending Variations
Thursday – Focus on Inversions & Balancing
