- Positive thinking techniques to support your transformation of your thought
- Find your core belief and rewrite yourself to affirm your true Self
In the practice session we will learn and practice:
- Understanding what is of thought, quality, tendency
- Cultivate positive habits: Learning about 5 points of yoga and how to apply those for your better quality of life
- Working on Prana Learning about prana, what should we do with prana, relationship between prana, breath, thought and emotions. Breathwork
- Positive thinking techniques to support your transformation of your thought
- Self-control and Self-consistent Practice Ahimsa, Understanding root of Anger
- WS- making Mandara chart, vision board to visualize your thoughts
- WS- Practice Ho’oponopono for self-reconciliation, forgiveness and gratitude
- WS- Understanding about self-cognition of small self and reframe Self-Affirmation
