November 2 - 5, 2023
Yoga and Ayurveda are “lifestyle medicine” that help us connect to our own inherent wisdom and guide us to make healthy choices based in Self-love rather than emotions based in negative habits and stress patterns.
Daily workshops and satsangs include Yoga psychology to understand the underlying nature of the ego and the functions of the mind; why meditate and the benefits of meditation; how to increase and channel our Prana; and the 5 Causes of Stress according to Yoga. Ayurveda topics include understanding the causes of disease; how we misuse the intellect; the 3 Gunas and Health; misuse of the senses; daily and seasonal routines.
