Description
Learn the classical methods of Yoga for peace of mind and meditation, as taught 2000 years ago by Sage Patanjali in the famous Raja Yoga Sutras. During this weekend you will practice pranayama (yogic breathing exercises) to increase energy and understand the relationship between prana and state of mind. Lectures will be devoted to Hatha Yoga, Yogic lifestyle and routines, and the Raja Yoga Sutras. We will visit the Yuba river and do pranayama by the river and swim and relax.
