Liz Sita Dunne

Liz is a E-RYT 500 Hour Yoga Acharya through the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, and has been teaching yoga full-time since 2008. Her classes are traditional, and quiet, giving the students the space they need to rest their minds, decompress and develop a sense of Self introspection.

In 2017, After a long struggle with a debilitating neck injury and an auto-immune disease, she restored herself to wellness using all of her Yoga and Meditation tools. Her faith in the body’s infinite potential for healing has become ever transparent. She aims to lead her students to the source of all wisdom, peace, love, healing and freedom within!
