TTC Refresher
The TTC Refresher is meant to tune the teachers, graduates and serious students of Sivananda Yoga to the spiritual path as laid out by the Gurus, for their own growth and the upliftment of their students. There will be teaching workshops and sharings in a relaxed context of Yuba river as well as inspired satsangs, all with the view to get more inspiration and insights from each other and from the more experienced teachers.
