Day Guests

Visiting the Ashram

Living in the area and want to come for a visit?  You can come for free to see the grounds and explore or come for a half day or a full day of inspired Yoga Life.  We also offer 10 class passes for $150 usd which can be used both for yoga classes and/or meals.  Also, check out our Holistic Health Packages and Ayurved Retreat Package.  Our ashram has daily yoga classes, vegetarian meals, workshops and tours.  Please register at least 1 day ahead.  The cost for a single yoga class or single meal is $20 usd.

The Daily Schedule

06:00am Satsang (Meditation, Chanting, Lecture, or Silent Walk)
08:00am Asanas and Pranayama (All-Lervels Yoga Class)
10:00am Organic Vegetarian Brunch
11:00am Karma Yoga (Selfless Service)
12:00pm Ashram tour or Workshop
4:00pm Asanas and Pranayama (All-Lervels Yoga Class)
6:00pm Organic Vegetarian Dinner
7:30pm Satsang (Meditation, Kirtan chanting and Lecture)

Holistic Health Package

4 hours includes: Yoga Health Consultation 75min, tailored yoga class 60 min, 1 meal and time to enjoy the ashram. 

Price: $150 (2 time slots available, required: )

1. Morning (7:30 – 11:30 am)-
Consultation 7:30-8:45am, Yoga class 9-10am, brunch 10 am, enjoy the ashram, conclude at 11:30am. (Boutique opens 11am-12pm)

2. Afternoon (3:30 – 7:30 pm)
Consultation 3:30-4:45pm, Yoga class 5-6pm, Dinner 6pm, enjoy the ashram, conclude at 7:30pm. (Optional evening Satsang.)

Ayurveda Retreat Package

4 hours includes: Ayurveda Massage 60min, tour/talk 60 min, 1 vegetarian meal and time to enjoy the ashram. 

  1. Morning – (8am – 12 pm)
    8:30-9:30am – Ayurveda Massage .
    10am – Vegetarian Meal
    11am – Tour/talk
  2. Afternoon – (3 – 7 pm)
    3:00pm – Tour/talk
    4:30-5:30pm – Ayurveda Massage .
    6pm – Vegetarian Meal

Price: $165 (available on weekends only)
