Share in the warmth of the Yoga Farm’s spiritual community with a delicious vegetarian Thanksgiving feast and concert. Learn from wise Yoga teachers how to lead a healthy Yoga lifestyle of balance and inner harmony dedicated to your true Self and purpose.  Recognize our unity of consciousness while bridging our  diverse religious cultures and backgrounds. Paths are many but Truth is One! Names are Many but God is One!

Thursday
12 – 1:30 pm – How to change habits of negative thinking – Swami Jnana
2 – 3:30 pm – Prana and pranayama – Sw Adi
4 – 5 pm – Yoga asanas class all levels
5:00pm- 6:30pm -thanksgiving feast – prepared by Mahalakshmi ch. and others
7:00pm meditation
7:30 – 9 pm – Concert with Karnamrita and tablas
