Arrival & Departure

Arrival: Check-in time is 2:00pm. We encourage you to arrive by 4:00pm for the Asana class. Dinner is at 6:00pm and there will be a Welcoming Orientation at 7:00pm followed by Satsang at 8:00pm.

Departure: Check-out time is 12:00pm. You are welcome to stay in the ashram for the rest of the afternoon even after checking out of your room.

Thanksgiving Retreat: Yogic Ways for Healing Body Mind Spirit

with Swami Sitaramananda, Swami Jnaneswariananda, Swamini Svatmavidyananda and Craig Sim Webb

November 23 - 27, 2022

During this landmark year of the yoga farm, we will focus on holistic health and healing topics for our traditional thanksgiving retreat.
We would like to bring wisdom teachers, ayurvedic doctors,  yoga therapists, psychologists and specialists on mental health together to create awareness about integrated yoga practice as alternative healing modality.
Together let us explore the marvelous  techniques and changes in attitudes that will enhance spiritual health, mental health and physical health.
Open to all. Retreat includes vegetarian thanksgiving feast and concert.

Daily Schedule
