Lunar New Year Holiday Weekend
with Swami Jnaneswariananda, Swami Dharmananda and Swami Adi Parashaktiananda
February 8 - 11, 2024
Please join us to celebrate the Lunar New Year with classical Yoga practices and workshops. We will focus on making resolves for the year to come and sadhana practices to bring us closer to our Self and connection with others; how to live our Dharma in daily life according to the Bhagavad Gita; and how to carry on with our practice at home.
This year we enter the year of the Dragon, symbolizing good luck, strength, health and also the male element Yang. The dragon is unique because it is the only mythical creature of all the animals in the Chinese zodiac.
