Description
Learn the foundation practices and the real meaning of Qigong and energy healing. Also, you’ll learn how to improve & maintain your health and well-being. Learn ways to heal yourself with simple movements and intentions.
Day 1
- Understanding Qigong & energy healing with ancient and modern pinyin (Chinese calligraphy). Qi demonstration.
- The 8 trigrams. Movements that open the meridians.
- Embryonic breathing, Xi breathing, cleansing breath, four gate breathing, and reverse breathing. Connecting breath to movement.
Day 2
- Balanced Qi and being a true person.
- Empowerments & The four golden wheels. Ancient esoteric practice for balancing Qi
- Qigong Meditations
Day 3
- The importance of mindset and developing sensitivity.
- Introduction to Qi healing, distant healing, reorganizing Qi, blessings, calling the masters.
- Mindset and successful healing stories. A group healing if the program is 3 days.

6-8am Satsang: Silent meditation, chanting and lecture
8-10am Yoga Class
10am Brunch
11am Karma Yoga
1-3pm Qi Gong Workshop
4-6pm Open Yoga Class
6pm Dinner
7-8pm Free Time

Pre-requisite
There are no prerequisites other than a sincere desire to learn.

Omkara is an experienced Sivananda yoga teacher since 2012 and a therapist and healer with diverse skills. He is a Sivananda Yoga Health Educator 800 hours accredited by International Association Yoga Therapists IAYT in training.
