Description
This rejuvenative retreat is for those feeling some burnout in their lives and wish to regroup, restore and revitalize. It works on the principles of the mental rejuvenation treatment protocol of Ayurveda called Sattvavajaya Cikitsa: The Victory of Truth. It includes personal consultations and counseling, group support, Ayurvedic treatments known as Bliss Therapies, healing yoga practices and nourishing foods. Done in the natural environment of the Yoga Farm, you will leave stronger, clearer and more resilient to the challenges of life.
Detoxifying in Spring and Fall is an important part of the Ayurvedic seasonal routine. Disease prevention and wellness are the natural results of regular seasonal cleanses. Join us for a special cleansing diet week using khicharee, which is nutritious and at the same time gives a break to the digestive system.
The ashram is the best place to detox, in a natural and secluded spiritual environment with like-minded people, where students are able to experience the benefits of the supporting therapies offered in the retreat – yoga, pranayama, relaxation, walks in nature, meditation and most of all, rest and quiet.

This retreat will be guided by Dr. Sachin, a skilled Ayurvedic doctor, who will be with us throughout the week offering:
