Well-being Center

Take care of your self so you can take care of others

Yoga Health, Ayurveda, Massage

One of the specialties of our well-being center is Ayurvedic bodywork and Ayurvedic consultations.  We have special Ayurveda weekends each month devoted to Ayurvedic learning, the sister science of Yoga.  Invest in your own well-being through a learning experience that allows you to tune into your body’s innate wisdom.  Consider taking time to integrate Ayurveda into your ashram experience with an Ayurvedic body treatment and/or consultation.  Our skilled practitioners combine expertise and experience with compassion.
