Arrival & Departure

Arrival: Check-in time is 2:00pm. We encourage you to arrive by 4:00pm for the Asana class. Dinner is at 6:00pm and there will be a Welcoming Orientation at 7:00pm followed by Satsang at 8:00pm.

Departure: Check-out time is 12:00pm. You are welcome to stay in the ashram for the rest of the afternoon even after checking out of your room.

Onsite 9-day TTC Immersion

with Swami Sitaramananda, Swami Jnaneswariananda, Swami Vashistananda, Swami Dharmananda and Swami Adi Parashaktiananda

February 3 - 13, 2022

Description
The 9-day TTC Immersion is for graduates of the Online TTC. The Immersion introduces students to material not covered online such as hands-on teaching with students; asana corrections/adjustments; how to teach headstand; kriyas; and much more. Students will have the opportunity to receive mantra initiation to deepen their meditation practice. Upon completion of the 9-day Immersion, students receive the Siromani TTC Certificate.

Schedule
The TTC Immersion follows the regular TTC schedule:

6am: Satsang (meditation, chanting, Yoga talk)
8am: Asana and Pranayama class
10am: Vegetarian Brunch
10:45am: Karma Yoga
12-1pm: Bhagavad Gita/Chanting
2pm: Main Lecture
4pm: How to Teach Asana/Pranayama
6pm: Vegetarian Dinner
7:30pm: Satsang (meditation, chanting, Yoga talk)
