Arrival & Departure

Arrival: Check-in time is 2:00pm. We encourage you to arrive by 4:00pm for the Asana class. Dinner is at 6:00pm and there will be a Welcoming Orientation at 7:00pm followed by Satsang at 7:30pm.

Departure: Check-out time is 12:00pm. You are welcome to stay in the ashram for the rest of the afternoon even after checking out of your room.

Onsite Holiday Retreat: Yoga Sadhana & Scriptural Study

Description

Join us over the holidays for some Yoga Sadhana to increase your energy and inspire you for the year to come.  During this 5 days we will have daily 2 yoga classes and workshops with the swamis on The Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, and Raja Yoga Sutras

Daily Schedule

6am – Satsang: Meditation, Chanting, Lecture on The Upanishads with Swami Jnaneswariananda
8am – Asana & Pranayama class
10am – Brunch
12pm – Workshop on Bhagavad Gita with Swami Dharmananda
2pm – Workshop on Raja Yoga Sutras with Swami AdiParashakti
4pm – Asana & Pranayama Practice
6pm – Dinner
7:30pm – Satsang: Meditation, Chanting, Lecture with special guest speaker
