Arrival & Departure

Arrival: Check-in time is 2:00pm. We encourage you to arrive by 4:00pm for the Asana class. Dinner is at 6:00pm and there will be a Welcoming Orientation at 7:00pm followed by Satsang at 7:30pm.

Departure: Check-out time is 12:00pm. You are welcome to stay in the ashram for the rest of the afternoon even after checking out of your room.

What to Bring:

Please join us this 4th of July Weekend for our retreat focused on Renewal & Creativity. Energize and inspire yourself  with practical Vedic teachings and practices to relax and rejuvenate body, mind and spirit and reconnect to your natural, peaceful Self.
We will have daily Yoga asana classes, vegetarian meals, and workshops on Yoga Health & Self Healing, Positive Thinking Tools for Happiness & Peace, How to Integrate a Yogic Diet for Daily Health, Open the Heart through Kirtan, Restore & Revive Yoga class, Tablas: Tuning to the Rhythms of Nature.

July 3rd marks one of the most auspicious days of the year, Guru Purnima. To celebrate, our priest pandit Bhima Samavedula will lead a traditional Guru puja to honor Guru lineage of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda.
