If you are unable to arrive on Thursday, please join us Friday by 7pm. Retreat closes at noon on Sunday. Please pack clothing layers for various weather conditions, including rain gear if necessary. We will be spending a lot of time outdoors, so please be come prepared.

6:00 – 7:30 am – Satsang: Silent meditation, chanting and lecture
8:00 – 10:00 am – Yoga Class: Asanas and Pranayama
10:00 – 10:45 am – Vegetarian Brunch
11:00 – 12:00 pm – Karma Yoga (selfless service)
1:00 – 02:30 pm – Building Resilience in an Ever-Changing World
2:30 – 04:00 pm – Free Time and Nature walks
4:00 – 06:00 pm – Yoga Class: Asanas and Pranayama
6:00 – 06:45 pm – Vegetarian Dinner
7:30 – 9 pm – Satsang: meditation, chanting and lecture

There are no prerequisites other than a sincere desire to learn.
