Learn to Regulate Your Nervous System
with Lila Lolling
May 1 - 4, 2025
Your nervous system is the foundation of how you experience the world around you. In a culture with over 300 notifications a day and continuous stimulation, it is not uncommon to feel overwhelmed, burned out, and craving numbing out. During this retreat, we dive into the intimate workings of your nervous system and practice specific exercises that regulate your nervous system. You’ll also explore small lifestyle changes that can have a big impact on how you experience daily life.
This weekend blends neuroscience, somatic practices, and community as we walk together to learn how to better manage daily stress. There are IAYT and Yoga Alliance (YA) CEUs awarded for this retreat.
