Yoga Teachers Training Course (TTC)

Become a certified yoga teacher and leader in your community through this one month immersive course. Created in 1969 by Swami Vishnudevananda, the first Hatha Yoga Master in the West, it has become the largest TTC in the world with 1,000 graduates annually.

ATTC is the advanced teacher training course where students go deeper

Advanced Teacher Training Course (ATTC)

Deepen the spiritual knowledge obtained during Sivananda Teacher Training with another month of intense yoga practice and study of Vedanta philosophy. Created by Swami Vishnudevanada for Sivananda Teachers looking to advance their teaching and practice.

Prerequisites: Sivananda TTC

Sadhana Intensive

Designed by Swami Vishnudevananda, this two-week course is centered around advanced Pranayama and is based on the Hatha Yoga practice which he himself followed during a six month period of intense Sadhana in the Himalayas.

ATTC is the advanced teacher training course where students go deeper

Sivananda Yoga Health Education Training (SYHET)

Over the course of this 800-hour professional yoga therapy program, the student becomes versed in the therapeutic application of the Five Points of Yoga and the Four Paths of Yoga.  The goal of the Sivananda Yoga Health Educator is to empower participants in their own Self-healing through the practice of asana, pranayama, conscious relaxation techniques, vegetarian diet, positive thinking tools, and meditation practices.

Prerequisites: 200-hour Teacher Training (any lineage)
