Meditation in Daily Life Retreat
You might be ready to spend some quality time with yourself.
Or maybe you are looking for some clarity and focus
A break from a distracted mind and a busy daily schedule.
Throughout this workshop, we prioritize understanding what drives you and maintaining a supportive, balanced environment.
As you may know, meditation is a constant observance of the mind. With dedication to the practice, we can take a closer look at energies outside ourselves, as well as within. More familiarity with the mind gives unfolding insight into how to work with it. The inner intuitive voice guides you towards positive decisions and actions. Ultimately, this will lead to success in meditation—and life.
With regular practice, students report they experience reduced stress and anxiety, improved overall health, better sleep, and a clear, calm mind.
“Meditation is the only royal road to the attainment of salvation or Moksha.” Sivananda Yoga teaches the technique and theory of an enriching classical yoga meditation (based on the eight limbs of Raja Yoga), including how to prepare your body and mind and establish a routine. It is profound, and yet not widely known.
Yoga is often misunderstood to be simply exercise. Meditation might be seen as daydreaming or an escape. Actually, Yoga is meditation and meditation is Yoga. It develops our self-awareness and consciousness. Obstacles are many; face them boldly. We discover what is Truth and what is illusion. Meditation helps us rediscover who we are.
This workshop is a commitment to yourself to enhance and deepen your inner experience of life. We hope you are able to join us.
