This 4th of July Weekend we will hold a Vedic Sciences & Mental Health Remedies Conference at the Sivananda Yoga Farm. We will have satsangs, yoga classes, vegetarian meals, and workshops on Vedic Sciences & Mental Health. Swami Sitaramananda will deliver lectures and meditation on meditation and health. We will have a special guest presenters Komilla Sutton, Krishna Darshan, Bill Sinclair (Ramdas), Swamini Svatmavidyananda and Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar. Please join us this weekend to find lasting peace through yoga and meditation.
