Menu
Day 1 intro to Fall produce, and preparation . Basic vegetable stock recipe, roasted butternut squash soup , how to thicken and enrich fall soups..
Day 2 intro to fall spices, learning to bloom spices , fall Oatmeal, cranberry jam, fall and winterized salads, amazing versatile dressings for marinade and warm salads.
Day 3 side dishes, from yams to corn puddings, roasted Brussels sprouts, confetti rice, fluffy quinoa, the secret to amazing chard

Pre-requisite
There are no prerequisites other than a sincere desire to learn classical yoga.
