In this retreat, we care about what’s motivating you and your sense of wellbeing throughout the workshop.

Together, we will experience first-hand the five-part classical Sivananda yoga system of a balanced life (which has been in development and practiced successfully for over 5,000 years by millions of people worldwide). As you may already know, it includes effective exercise, breathing, meditation, deep relaxation, and a healthy diet along with clarity on how to sustain a positive approach to life.

We have designed workshops for people just like you since 1971. We’ve learned that Yoga classes in this workshop are best at a slower pace, including an in-depth introduction to the postures (asanas) one by one with their unique benefits, plus demonstrations and adaptations just for you. You will receive personal and sensitive guidance from our dedicated teachers. All levels of experience and health conditions are warmly welcomed. There are two yoga sessions a day: morning and early evening.

Beginners yoga courses teach the 5 points of yoga for perfect health

Students report they experience increased vitality, perspective, and sense of accomplishment after these special customized yoga sessions.

Each day begins and ends with Satsang; where we come together for relaxing guided meditations, inspirational chanting and thought-provoking talks on health and lifestyle.

All meals are deliciously vegetarian and freshly prepared onsite with love and care.
