How to Progress in Life
with the Four Paths of Yoga
The Yoga of Synthesis alone will develop the head, heart and hand and lead one to perfection.
You might be looking for balance in your life—a shift of priorities. You might be looking to brighten your inner light, to reaffirm your purpose. As you may know, a yogic lifestyle offers a rich and unique path to deeper wisdom.
In this workshop, we pay close attention to what motivates you and to your sense of calm and well-being throughout the experience.
We will walk you through the classical methods—four paths of Yoga. The practices purify and enhance body, mind and spirit in a most natural and effective manner. This involves your integral, well-rounded self-development of intellect, emotions, learning of practical skills, clarity of thinking, and opening of the heart. Slow down, unwind and fine-tune your awareness. You are a step closer to the call of your soul.
Karma Yoga
Selfless service – purification through action and helping others as an instrument of the divine will.
Bhakti Yoga
Turn our emotions to devotion through selfless love and heart opening practices such as kirtan and puja.
Raja Yoga
Mind control through asanas, pranayamas, mudras, mantras, concentration, and meditation.
Jnana Yoga
Who am I? Self-inquiry through contemplation on our immortal spirit and negating the changing phenomenal universe.
Participants report they feel more calm, more confident and have gained clarity on what they truly value in life after attending this retreat.
The wisdom of this combined method is unsurpassed in helping you, the sincere student, reveal your inner potential. The daily schedule gives a glimpse of this harmonious weaving of the physical practices, energetic practices, mental and emotional practices, as well as guiding you in Self-knowledge.
Each day begins and ends with Satsang; where we come together for relaxing guided meditations, inspirational chanting and inspiring talks on themes around self-awareness.
All meals are deliciously vegetarian and freshly prepared onsite with love and care.
This retreat is a commitment to yourself to actively seek inspiration to progress in life. We hope you are able to join us.
“I feel like a dark cloud has been lifted. After my time at the Ashram, I can see myself more clearly. I am inspired to continue practicing on my own, and stay connected! Sivananda Yoga is a brilliant system. I wish more places would teach real Yoga.”
