Arrival & Departure

Arrival: Check-in time is 2:00pm. We encourage you to arrive by 4:00pm for the Asana class. Dinner is at 6:00pm and there will be a Welcoming Orientation at 7:00pm followed by Satsang at 8:00pm.

Departure: Check-out time is 12:00pm. You are welcome to stay in the ashram for the rest of the afternoon even after checking out of your room.

What to Bring:

Memorial Day Weekend: Peace Festival

with Swami Sitaramananda, Niranjan Babu, Silvia Nakkach, MA, MMT (Saraswati Devi), Debashish Banerji, Swami Jnaneswariananda and Swami Dharmananda

Description

This Memorial Day Weekend we will hold a Peace Festival at the Sivananda Yoga Farm.  We will have satsangs, yoga classes, vegetarian meals, and workshops on finding inner peace for outer peace.  Swami Sitaramananda will deliver lectures and meditation on the art of peace.  We will have a special nada yoga performance with Silvia Nakkach on Friday night.  Please join us this weekend to find lasting peace through yoga and meditation.
