Start your New Year 2025 on the right foot with this Online Pranayama Immersion (18 sessions) with Swami Adi Parashaktiananda.
In each meeting we will practice for 60-90 minutes and have a lecture for 30-60 minutes. The lecture topics will cover:

– Balancing Ha and Tha
– increase Prana
– balance Prana
– conserve Prana
– channel Prana
– purify Prana
In the practice session we will practice:
– basic Sivananda sequence
– introduce variations
– increase holding times and meditative practice
– work on variations for ease in sitting posture
– variations to strengthen nadis
– increase pranayama counts
– increase AV holds
– balance and meditate
