- Recommendations for yoga and meditation practice

- Positive thinking affirmations
- Transforming habits
- Lifestyle counseling – 5 points & 4 paths
- Positive communication counseling
- Practice of Prayers (mantras)

We can give you mental, emotional support but will not be able to give you medical advices. We will not be able to refer you to local testing centers. We will not be able to advice you about local government decisions about the strategy to control the spread of the virus.

This appointment is an individual consultation of 30 minutes to assess your physical, mental, and spiritual health condition to make recommendations for specific Yoga practices to restore strength of mind, clarity of purpose, and strategies for the Yoga path.
